TAR mngmt are not 100% confident hence the xmas hamperthon? but on the other side of the coin, we could have seen the market easily drive TAR to 60/80mill as per all the other companies actually did and very easily could mean the 2.8c giftathon was simply an act of pure greed because they are infact possibly confident, I cannot see any other reason for the market not allowing the SP to run as it should have.
