that would make sense after seeing the sideways higher going nowhere volume last week that simply couldn't raise anything more than a rancid cold fart.
just the way the market is i guess.
if news drops today i guess that makes you the TAR man,, account created just for TAR is always a great thing, i think the players are waiting feverishly for the market and brokers to give the green light for re-rating this company in line with IXR
