Earnings per share are diluted by the issue of new shares. SVM does not yet generate any profits. The big investors will not sell the 60 million shares. They will not further burden the market capitalisation. It is possible that small investors will sell their shares. However, only a maximum of 1 million shares will be issued. The share price should not fall as a result. The CR is carried out here to achieve further milestones (DFS, Rutile Exploration, etc.). In this case, the additional capital will represent added value.
