thanks for the good detail; it does amaze me that one day the 'details' of the mine give a share price of 50 cents (pre consolidate!), then a year later the same dirt gives 'details' that says it is worth only 5% of what it was a year ago

I recall investing in a silver ASX share (in NSW); everything (on paper) looked great; resources and reserves and plant and equipment; but when they dug the dirt and put it into the plant... no silver came out the other end.... true story; for 3 to 6 months the management said 'oh, we just had bad luck and dug up, accidentally (bad luck), dirt with no silver... but wait until the next batch'

I recall the ops manager resigning to take up other oppotunities; shortly after the company admitted they must have modelled the resource wrong... and there was no (well, almost no) silver

That story reminded me of GCY. But in GCY case they seemed to have found enough (grade) at a price to make some money. I am no mining guy, but I really just depend on the 'big boys' buying in at 50 cents. That must be a good price??????? Because, Lord knows, you cannot really bank on any details being published. Just the big guys putting their hands in their pockets!
