Mcap at 1.7c now around $10.5. With $10m on the con notes, is there a trigger mcap whereby the con notes need to be paid out? Surely there is a requirement to have a certain asset backing (assuming assets are ultimately represented by market capitilisation) against the con notes? With SP spiralling, these con notes just look more and more dangerous going forward.
