The financier for the con note is the same investor who just recently participated in the CR, so highly unlikely that they won't waive the requirement, if there was such a requirement (and I don't know if there was one or not).

Also, unsure why SP drops so much. I think people have to give them time to drill, report the result and take it from there. It seems that people have lost hope, faith on this one - but question is, if you have held on for this long, why bail now? Surely, at 1.7c, no one is making any money - all-time low here.
