"scam"? I don't think so but there's zero confidence in the way it's being managed.....and I can understand why; ergo a sub 2c share price. Poor capital allocation decisions have come back to them the last few years. They've spent a good deal of time & money with arguably not much progress to show for it- certainly not what the market will reward. There's a real resource here so "scam" doesn't fit I think but there's a reason it's getting caned. Disappointing when it could/should be doing a lot better
