i think it is a given the Fed will continue to move rates higher.
and to read too much into one set of numbers would be a very big call.
it could be the beginning of a trend or simply an uptake of slack which prevailed after the Hurricanes and high fuel costs in the US etc.
i would say its a blip......but will wait for a trend.
