I certainly didn't get the same level of negativity wrt the APB CVM at all - compared to the AGM which was very negative i detect the possibility of us getting a surprise with the approval in the coming months - IMO Ross is more concerned about over-promising after the expectation of last year with the approval.
As to the fund raising i believe it won't occur until there is an appoval in place - after all i understand most of the funds are to advance CVM testing and associated work.
