It makes me wonder if the different perspectives of the same Webinar more relate to the degree of frustration rather than the content of the Webinar. Mind you I'm also very frustrated like I'm sure everyone is.
I would imagine Ross wouldn't make comment on the option extension without seeking legal counsel. But as I've stated elsewhere there is no doubt IMO a requirement to call a Gen Mtg and get shareholder approval via Special Resolution, which almost certainly would fail - even though I hold options I believe it is a wasted exercise.
It makes me wonder if the different perspectives of the same...
