was watching air crash investigations on tv last night
back in 1983a JAL airlines crashed killing 535 people ,the investigation found that the rear bulkhead was to blame,they found that boeing had repaird it under the supervision of the FAA of which the engineer signed off on it, but in the end the fix by boeing was not done properly thus resulting in the rear of the aircraft being ripped off in flight
looks like both need to re think and that includes in to todays climate with more frequent flights
they need the CVM fitted for saftey and constant checking
