because everyone’s sitting cautiously? CCZ have limited funds and a lot of us know that they either get into gear fast and get the stockpiles sold (could be delays with the regulators) or do a capitol raise. Things are lining up well but there’s still going to be skepticism.
otherwise maybe everyone’s just accumulated what they want to hold in position?
