I imagine that the PQF would be established as economically as possible on rented premises around the conurbation of Perth. Possibly even sharing space with a University for example. As it is doubtful it would be a real estate asset of the company there is no need to declare the location at this stage. I imagine they don't particularly want prying eyes until at least it is operational.
What does it matter? The only thing that matters is that the largish samples test out well with potential corporate long-term customers.
