If cobalt costs are $8 as per industry average we are looking at a profit of $8 per pound which is $17,600 per tonne. x1,000 we have $17.6mil per annum For a project that costs 30-40mil.. Payback ratio is 2years and the general sentiment is that cobalt will go over $20lb just watch it over time.
