I'm not so sure - I think whoever it was is brilliant.

An excellent announcement has been released which provides information basically completely de-risking the life-science side of the business by placing it in a real world environment and comparing it with all the other POC products out there - and proving it better.

It has provided some 15 million shares so far for purchase at a price below what I would now assess is a 'safe' price to pay (with this announcement) by people who could not be bothered spending a moment educating themselves in the product they have their money invested in and are making like lemmings.

Alternatively, there are multiple happy people (who have made the effort to understand the stock) who are finding themselves showered in cheap shares and busily buying up.
