We do not know what the SC6 price will do in the long term. It indeed may well go up but there is no certainty in that assumption. All we know is that the SC6 price is currently around US$1100/dmt and the prevailing market fundamentals and associated market negativity suggest that this price it not going to move upwards in the short to medium term. At this price PLS is IMO substantially overvalued and its SP movement is reflecting this perspective. The technical & fundamental situations are very weak creating a perfect situation for a short position.
