They paraphrased the question and never mentioned the part about the lithium junior, but I'm sure they know what LEL are doing and where it is located (Mario Angel).
Surely they don't want LEL pumping groundwater from an unconfined aquifer next door. Like I mentioned on the AKE thread, there will be drawdown impacts from this pumping and production.
If a JV or TO is announced, I'm sure those March options get exercised just like AZS management exercised their options when AZS was being bought by Gina & MIN.
We have until the end of March to find out.
