I have been a holder for about four years.
I have spoken with some clinical trial and medical people about the recent announcement.
Here are two observations that need further thought.

1. If people with a high Promarker D score derive far greater benefit from the jansen drug then it could be useful for jansen as it would help them sell their drug to high risk individuals (avoiding those who are unlikely to derive benefit).
For this to work you would need to do a prospective study , not a retrospective study which is what has occurred.
2. This study just shows that when people take the jansen drug, their kidney function decline (as assessed by the promarker D scores) is slowed down. There are simpler ways to determine kidney function decline such as doing glomerular filtration rate tests etc
