No probs Katavi. I think that there is benefit as a CDx plus stand alone for PromarkerD. Whatever way you want to look at it, DKD & SGLT2 has a huge shared market in this space now. Early diagnostics before damage is done to the kidneys are non existent. Even RenalytixAI KidneyIntelX is to predict decline on patients with diagnosed DKD. PromarkerD is prognostic up to 4 years prior to DKD, so that is very helpful.

Johnson & Johnson (parent company of Janssen) also have a well established Diagnostics & Medical Device Units. I spent a few hours reading through J&J’s annual report (175 pages) & diagnostics in diabetes & related complications are lacking! It really may not just be for Invokana, but the whole drug class in SGLT2i, as per PromarkerD prognostic capability.

I hope that the article & some further comments also helped to answer some questions for you. Drop in eGFR is a later sign in DKD monitoring in early disease.

I was hoping the link to this symposium would work for presentations? as it’s of much interest to us here.
