That's month away mate, depends how they want to cut it as you could look to define the resource in pieces and iteratively add to it, or size up a majority first and then incrementally add bits... it sounds like it could be too big to do at once.

But first it needs drilling out at reasonable spacing to find the edges. It will need diamond drilling in some areas to find the bottom. Then there's the infill drilling...

I'd say you'd be looking for an initial resource 6 months from now, and more added through 2022. As above.... if this turns to district scale then the strategy question is anyone's guess
