Well you see the problem with HotCopper is it shows all the best daily performers and worst performers, get onto either of those lists and the thread is bound to fill up with a mixture of opinions, whether right or wrong and a few actual facts, it's the nature of a popular online forum, I am not a geo, most of us are not.
