Yes, its all about Jurisdiction. Although Canada does have a number of different indigenous tribes to contend with. I am learning that in the lithium sector with good comparisons of WR1 and PMT being discussed on either thread. (mentioned on WR1) Those thread members do not mind, or report posts of peers. But they do introduce the risk of which tribe has over which territories.
