Page 28 has a drill and blast cost of US $6.10 a tonne , amazing never seen a cost that low , the contractor needs to come to Australia and teach Byrnecut and NRW how to lower costs .
I normally work on A$100 minimum for drilling and blasting and mucking out ( paste on top of that) why can these Europeans do it so cheap at 1/7 the cost in comparison ?
