Gee tough audience. Maybe they have received other indicative offers that present alternative options where some upside is retained by Metalstech. That YouTube interview was pretty telling. Why the big rush if we can get a better deal? The tailwinds are strong and there is competitive tension. Gino is a major shareholder so I doubt will just be looking for a fast deal / take the first offer made if spending some time negotiating with other parties achieves a better outcome. Sounds like they also have another gold project in the works too....patience people. The capital raise buys more negotiating time.
