MTC does have a credibly issues since long time and after the winsome debacle it has increased a lot. Russel Moran was the main face before and Gino was with him all along as a Director. Since Russel resigned Gino is running the show. I am not sure if Russel is still providing guidance as a consultant, he is still one of the largest shareholder of the company having stake of more than 5%. I guess company had a sole objective to sale the Sturec Project at the best price but now they are also exploring the option to develop this mine with potential JV with another company. Market is cautious given their past history. But I am confident that a good outcome will come soon. This type of negotiations take time when there are multiple parties involved. I am sure sure we will hear something exciting within a month or so. I am still hopeful for a $1+ per share. AIMO.
