I asked about the $1m Debt Due in May , good news is it's due date has been renegotiated into the future to allow all the SPP funds to provide sufficient funding to focus on the Sale process , further equity placements can then be avoided with a Definitive Sale before new debt Due date..
It's obviously with someone friendly, happy to extend.

I like the fact Gold has come off a little , so that might eliminate that little voice a person might have trying to get a little greedy in the Sale process.... If we can get 55c- 85c area Cash return to shareholders to reflect the 17% increase in Gold & Silver since January is enough for this little grasshopper.
