If any company thinking of making a bid is reading this can I suggest an outright takeover will be preferable to most shareholders. Once MTC looses its most valuable asset I’d rather have the money myself than leave some to MTC to spend on my behalf. I’d much rather a 60 c straight takeover than 70c to just buy the gold deposit.
