One of two things is happening here. 1) They don’t know how much to raise because that decision is dependent on the sale negotiations with prospective bidders or 2) They didn’t even raise $1m and want to couch the release of that bad result with some other positive news.
I tend to believe point 1. However I would be disappointed if we did not have a news update tomorrow.
