Based on shareholder sentiment I think the 1 M target would have got smashed out of the park within the first few days of opening. Wasn’t until tail end second week ( extended period ) that price dropped.
Think $$$ beyond the 1M just gives them the leverage / comfort they wanted while negotiating to create the best possible outcome for shareholders.
Struggle to see how this can end badly, but that’s just my opinion !
