Delay in announcement is pretty normal in spec end of world but I have never seen delay in announcing SPP outcome in 7 years of investment experience. Whether it’s undersubscribed or oversubscribed, companies are required to publish it. The delay could only two things in my opinion, either is having some administrative issues or company is very close to finalising the negotiations and can’t decide how much to raise. I am hoping it’s the second one. Either way, we should get the announcement very soon. Either today or early next week. It’s all my opinion. Good luck.
