But it turned out these TDG Gold guys dont even had the suffiecent funding to buy (no money in the bank) ... Deal lost...

Thats why the 2nd bid from Chifeng is so important.... if there is a bid from Chifeng... market 100% knows these guys have the money... despite TMF Fund nobody is sure? Do they have 36M + 10M + 25 M ? who knows...???
