hi, is it possible that the buyer behind TMF bid is really an existing shareholder just putting a fake bid in to draw other buyers in and but have no intention of actually following trough. Could they want to exit their position but want to put a floor price for other bidders to match.
I know that’s one conspiracy theory and might even be illegal? But something smells fishy here.
