People are asking why the lack of buying ?

How about the fact 78% is held by directors and Top20 including 15,700,000 by CHIFENG...

How about the fact every director would be involved in negotiations and behind the Chinese Wall and prevented from buying.

Who is selling ? Maybe just the rat's and mice who buy at 16c, take profit at 25c, buy at 23c, take profit at 25c & play games until the trading halt comes and if they don't have a position they are going to substitute making little 2c, 3c, 4c rat's and mice gains and miss the 23c to +63c monster.




If they are negotiating with Chifeng, there is not 1 person in this Top6 that is allowed to buy on market today... Maybe that's why directors weren't allowed to participate in the Share purchase plan as that would be insider trading wouldn't it Mr Patience ?





Chifeng has been a major holder from 40c on 22/12/202 and are fully aware that in addition to our current excellent 2.686 Million ounces of Gold there is a clear target to increase this by another 2 to 5 million ounces, so imagine what this thing is worth with high grade 5-7 million ounces ? That's many billions right there... And they can buy it all for just +63c-> $1

Do i trust Trans Metal Fund has the cash --- Absolutely

Do i trust that the reason they haven't rushed to accept the TMF offer is because there are other buyers --- Absolutely -- They announced buyers tension many times in there asx releases..

Do i trust Chifeng who's been a major shareholder for 2 years is going to want it more today with Gold at $2,300 Compared to just $1,850 when they paid 40c ---Absolutely...
