I get a little frustrated like you all with this zero shareprice action, so i ask questions & i must say they ALWAYS reply back promptly and with ok explanation..

So Gino, WTF is wrong that we are trading so far below initial offer ?

Response: we have said buyers tension which means multiple offers to work through, which takes more than a few weeks considering Mining licence was only received at end of April... May site visits, June was only last month...

Ok, nice, i'll just be patient...

Next Question; WTF is this relentless selling so far below initial offer ?

Response : " The trading isn't reflective of the sales process for Sturec "

So you know what's going to cause us all very sleepless nights in the future if everything they say is true in the ASX releases ? OMG, this was such a no-brainer opportunity, why the hell didn't i buy them all off all the clowns selling below 30c ...

WORST CASE scenario is they just Accept Trans Metal Fund offer & for $hits and giggles let's ignore the royalties completely ( 44c cash , 85% Payout = 37ccash payout ( let's take a couple of cents off for taxes/fees, etc , so say 33c and you still keep the shares which will be trading worth +10c cash backed )

WORST CASE scenario today, buy at 23c, receive a 33c cash dividend and still own MTC shares worth approximately 10c cash backed onto the next project... EXCLUDING ROYALITES of another +0.197c





EXCLUDES:

1: Gold & Silver have boomed up since initial offer received in January 2024
2: If ZIJIN is behind the TFM offer, then the Royalties will most definitely come into play because they would get this thing into production quick smart..
3: Multiple buyers, Buyers tension..... A 2nd buyer isn't going to bid BELOW initial offer are they ??




It reminds me of another Chinese Takeover stock i owned, a Zimbabwe lithium stock called PSC... The offer of +$1.10 cash was made in December 2021, a $20,000,000 nonrefundable Deposit paid, but still that thing traded at 75c, 80c, 85c, 90c for 6 months waiting for the cash to hit the bank & only traded above $1 once there was a definite date the cash settlement would take place..

Maybe it's true Aussie Market Doesn't trust Chinese, but like PSC at 75c,80c,85c,90c for 6 months, you could have bought every single share for a guaranteed +20% in 6 months and everyday it just sat there being ignored...

Just like MTC today....


Nobody in Australia would touch PSC.... The stock was crap at 10c for years, that don't matter to Chinese, they just make takeover, they just build mine & Aussies can continue drinking coffee and latte's in the prison colony !

And just like MTC today, the Market wouldn't touch it because it was in Zimbabwe , well they all missed out on 5c -> $1.15 monster didn't they ....
