Back in the day, Russell Moran was the main person of this company, Gino was CFO. Because of the Bankruptcy, he had to resign from the board and became ineligible for becoming director again. So he is currently with the company as ‘Consultant’ but I think he is still the key decision maker behind the scene. I maybe wrong but this my understanding. mad for the other issue I think we have passed enough time negotiating with TMF so it’s time either accept the offer or completely reject it and reset the process. I don’t think our strategic sale partner Min Metal is not doing good job as well. They have only managed a low ball offer from TMF. So we could either accept this offer and move on or completely reject the offer and reset the sale process with a North American based strategic sale partner/consultant.
Whichever way we go, we need to do it fast, I don’t see any for wasting time negotiating. Need some PR camping as well.
