When are these Dog S##t directors going to announce a deal. Back in 2nd Feb it was 3 months to complete. Now mid July. No news, just the excuse that with the mining certificate granted things are so much better now. I would not be surprised if original non binding offer was never intended to be concluded. Just a con by related parties to flush out or entice someone else to bid. Why else the secrecy and if chifeng is behind it , why wouldn’t they get the verbal approval from Gino behind close doors and do the deal. They both new the mining approval was coming.
Something is very fishy here. And when you have allegations of a former bankrupt behind the scenes running the show, what else would people think.
