I think its most important that the Directors focus on not getting played by the big Chinese interests like what happened at TIE.
I think the Directors are more savvy than what happened there.
A former bankruptcy is irrelevant to future outcomes, and in any event a bankruptcy does not amount to something "fishy" especially as the bankruptcy was quite some years ago. Sometimes business dealings don't work out.
