I like the fact all site visits are done. Bidders would have analysed offer docs already. Should have a bid soon. There is no cash left and they have an offer on the table already. I think odds on current bid will be lifted or someone will better it.
We should have a big re-rating announcement in the next couple of weeks. Could be any time.
