The current share price is currently missing a trick. The gold asset is likely to be sold at over 70c per share and as a minimum lead to a distribution significantly North of 40c without any bidding war. If his does happen all bets are off as to price.
Even taking the 70c price and say 50c distribution that still leaves a Lithium asset and 20c of cash within the company. Like it or not the remaining assetwith cash would be valued at great er than 0c.
