They held about 25% of the company between them before today (if one of them sold some). Neither bought more in the recent cap raise. If one of them is willing to sell then the company is cracked wide open as a stake of 12-13% by itself couldn't stop a T/O by someone else, nor stop a change in the BOD, nor a change of direction of the company.
Yes it could stop a compulsory mopping up of all shares, but for what purpose other than being bloody minded??
