Looking at the current board of WGO, I can't see anyone who is a non-executive and independent director. The only non-executive director used to be the Chairman.
Looks like the board is a boys club in need of a bit of a shake up to me.
Whether that involves STX appointing a non-executive director (in collaboration with other like-minded shareholders) or appointing one of two truly independent non-executive directors, it would be a good outcome in terms of making sure management are accountable to shareholders.
