Resolution 3 – Issue of shares to unrelated parties Background Whilst the Company has recently raised further capital to fund early procurement and mobilisation for its EP469 2020 program, it is inevitable that the detailed development plans for EP469 for 2020 currently being worked on will require further capital to fund those and other activities in at least 2020.
