Therefore Gina and Kerry pull out and price in STX and WGO falls back to possibly lower than before. Perhaps lower for WGO if STX don't convert . Best bet for us I presume is Gina or Kerry going after STX. Gina and STX JV or a new player. But WGO a bit stuck in a rock and a hard place right now with STX in control albeit they have paid a high price for and extra 10%. Perhaps a bit glass half full, don't want to be as have been an investor for a few years now.
