BPT cant remove the 75% condition as it is part of the Scheme, i.e. locked in. Unlike a takeover bid, where conditions can be removed.
BPT can't now achieve its aims via a SOA as the 20% holding would not see it go thru (not all shareholders vote).
Gina is free to maneuver where deemed necessary.
Others can also enter the fray, but the 20% is locked away, and that will make it difficult for most.
