    Agree, my comment was more for the concerned HC reader, I am sure Gina and MIN are completely on top of their respective situations. I am 99.9% certain that an unconditional offer* can't preclude any ordinary shareholders so the ball is back with Gina and MIN for their next move. *The STX offer is not yet unconditional but according STX they are about to remove the remaining condition.
