Hey Rye I read your comment about STX and WGO merging if we find gas in the KHC this month and think you're right on the money.
Merger or TO @ 1 for 2 scrip or thereabouts.
STX would have full control of WE and major control of Australia's current hotspot the Perth Basin with it's UIL leases and WGO's big acreage to the north.. great fit.

Spain would be neither here nor there as it's fully funded and if found to be commercial Prospex would want it...or it could be spun off as you mentioned.

STX management have probably run the ruler over it already.
