    Yep, looks like a largish participant in the raises has decided to dump.
    Oh well, always a risk when you go this route.
    I subscribed for the full $30K. If the share price lingers at this level and they already are overscribed, I wouldn't be surprised if they wrap it up early and put the whole thing behind us.
