The announcement refers to Talon having the first right of refusal for the farm-in to drill the Ocean Hill prospect. I’m not sure how developed the STX planning is for this, but could this decision be imminent? If so, one wonders whether the current share price weakness on good news may be held back by fears of a capital raise? Regardless, it may well be worth a punt at these levels …
