And, if Colby gets his way, we should have a cheque in the mail with TPD's name on it for $100M plus courtesy of selling our Gurvantes stake.

Retail won't be the drivers of the next wave, it's the fund managers that we want to get their heads around these numbers. Hopefully Colby is doing some roadshows or one on ones with the Analysts and the Small Cap Managers.

Once they come, we will see the SP growth that we have been expecting for a while. JMO.
