I have a theory.....based upon nothing other than my own thoughts...

STX started talking up Walyering "immanent cashflows" when the fight for WGO was going on. It was war, and you do anything to win a war! STX lost the battle for control of WGO but won the war because they came away intact (without GR on the share register) holding $140mil of unexpected cash. From there they had nowhere to go with the Walyering story other than try and keep us engaged until some rubber hit the road, and the gas plant pieces started to arrive on site...which is where we are now.

We all know it has taken longer than anticipated/promised but I think that may be a big part of the reason why. Hence, I can forgive STX for the delay.
